Section 7-506 - To Whom Paid

(a) Except as provided in § 7-302 of this title, in § 7-507 of this subtitle, or, as otherwise provided by law, fines, penalties, and forfeitures that are recovered shall be paid to the county in which the crime occurred. (b) No portion of any fine, penalty, or forfeiture may be paid to an informer.
