(a) Activities conducted under this title are allowed notwithstanding the provisions of Title 12, Subtitles 1 and 2 of this article. (b) A county may not issue a commercial bingo license under this title or under any public local law to an entity that was not licensed to conduct commercial bingo on or before June 30, 2008.
