(a) The county commissioners may issue a raffle permit to an organization that qualifies for a permit under § 13-2003 of this subtitle or under regulations that the county commissioners adopt. (b) The holder of a raffle permit must award the last prize in the raffle within 1 year after the date that the permit for the raffle is issued. (c) The county commissioners may regulate the number of raffle permits that an organization may be issued in 1 year.
