(a) (1) An applicant for a wholesaler’s license shall: (i) submit to the agency an application on the form that the agency provides; and (ii) subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, pay to the agency an annual fee of $500. (2) The county commissioners shall waive the annual fee for a volunteer fire company or a volunteer rescue company. (b) The agency shall credit license fees collected under subsection (a)(1)(ii) of this section to the general fund of the county.
