Section 13-2430 - Wholesaler Operations -- Licensed Operations

(a) A holder of a wholesaler’s license may not sell a tip jar packet to a person who does not have a tip jar license. (b) Before selling a tip jar packet, a holder of a wholesaler’s license shall: (1) obtain a gaming sticker from the agency; and (2) affix the gaming sticker to the tip jar packet in the manner the county commissioners require.
