On or before February 1 of each year, the gaming commission shall submit a report to the Comptroller that includes: (1) the total amount of revenue received by the gaming commission for the previous calendar year as a result of the operation of tip jars in Washington County; (2) a detailed listing of the total distributions made by the gaming commission during the previous calendar year with regard to revenue received from the operation of tip jars in Washington County; and (3) any additional information that the Comptroller may require.
