(a) A raffle conducted under a permit issued under this part may not last more than 1 year from the date the permit is issued to the date the last prize is awarded. (b) The county commissioners may regulate the number of permits to conduct a raffle that an organization may receive in a year. (c) A raffle is not a multiple gaming device.
