(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Committee' means the Gambling Permit Review Committee appointed by the county commissioners under § 13-704 of this subtitle. (c) 'County commissioners' means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County. (d) 'Gaming event' includes a carnival and a bazaar.
