Section 13-908 - Bingo -- Prizes

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section and § 13-907(c)(2)(i) of this subtitle, a permit holder may not award a money prize greater than: (1) $100 to a player of a regular bingo game; or (2) $250 to a player of a special bingo game, such as a build-up or progressive pot game, split-the-pot game, or winner-take-all game. (b) A permit holder may award a jackpot not exceeding $1,000 if the jackpot is directly connected with the playing of bingo.
