Section 6-107 - Threat of Arson

(a) A person may not threaten verbally or in writing to: (1) set fire to or burn a structure; or (2) explode a destructive device, as defined in § 4-501 of this article, in, on, or under a structure. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both.
