Section 8-505 - Public Assistance -- Conversion of Donated Food

(a) A person with intent to defraud may not make an unauthorized disposition of food donated under a program of the federal government. (b) A person who is not authorized to receive food donated under any program of the federal government may not convert the food to the person’s own use or benefit.
