Section 9-706 - Identification Badges and Identification Cards -- Unauthorized Use

(a) To enter a place or establishment in which a person is required to have an identification badge or identification card under § 9-704 of this subtitle, a person may not willfully: (1) make unauthorized use of an identification badge or identification card; or (2) assist another in the unauthorized use of an identification badge or identification card. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.
