Section 10-222 - Inspection of Criminal History Record Information

(a) Subject to § 10-226 of this subtitle, a person or a person’s attorney having satisfactory identification and written authorization from the person may inspect criminal history record information on the person that is maintained by a criminal justice unit. (b) A person with the right to inspect criminal history record information under this section may make notes of the information. (c) This section does not: (1) require a criminal justice unit to copy any criminal history record information; or (2) allow a person to remove a document for copying.
