Section 11-629 - Powers of Attorney General

(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the Attorney General has exclusive jurisdiction and control as escrow agent over money or other consideration subject to Part II of this subtitle. (b) Money in an escrow account may be distributed only by a determination and order of the Attorney General under Part II of this subtitle.
