Section 11-904 - Purpose; Federal Funds; Expenditures

(a) Money appropriated to the Program shall be used: (1) to protect victims and witnesses and the families of victims and witnesses; (2) to relocate victims and witnesses to protect them or to facilitate their participation in court proceedings; and (3) to pay the costs of carrying out the Program.
