Section 15-104 - Duty to Post Bond

(a) Each State’s Attorney shall annually provide a corporate surety bond payable to the State in the amount of $5,000. (b) The bond shall be conditioned on the State’s Attorney faithfully: (1) performing the duties of the office; and (2) accounting for funds and property received under color of the office.
