(a) This section applies only in Caroline County. (b) (1) The State’s Attorney’s salary is 85% of the salary of a judge of the District Court of Maryland. (2) The State’s Attorney is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations. (c) The State’s Attorney may not engage in the private practice of law.
