Section 3-205 - Annual Report

(a) The Advisory Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly on or before December 15 of each year. (b) The report shall include any recommendations from the Advisory Board and a summary of the activities of the Advisory Board during the preceding year.
