Section 3-303 - Contract and Grant Authority

(a) The Office may enter into contracts or make grants: (1) consistent with this subtitle; and (2) subject to the approval of the Secretary or the Secretary’s designee. (b) Procurement by the Office for services to be performed or supplies to be delivered outside the State shall be consistent with, but not subject to, Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
