Section 5-1101 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means the Maryland Rural Broadband Coordination Board established under Title 13, Subtitle 5 of this article. (c) 'Fund' means the Rural Broadband Assistance Fund established under § 5–1102 of this subtitle.
