Section 5-2104 - Chair and Other Officers

(a) The Governor shall designate the chair of the Advisory Commission. (b) From among its members, the Advisory Commission each year shall elect a vice chair. (c) The Advisory Commission shall determine the manner of election of the vice chair and any other officers.
