A member of the Authority, a person executing a bond or agreement of the Authority under this subtitle, or an employee of the Authority, the Department, or the State is not: (1) personally liable on a bond or agreement of the Authority; or (2) subject to personal liability or accountability arising from the issuance, execution, or delivery of a bond or agreement of the Authority.
