(a) The Authority may set premiums and fees for financial assistance under this subtitle in its sole discretion. (b) The premiums and fees shall be payable in the amounts, at the time, and in the manner that the Authority requires in its sole discretion. (c) The premiums and fees may vary in amount among approvals for financial assistance under this subtitle and at different stages of the financial assistance.
