Section 5-508 - Quorum; Meetings; Reimbursement for Expenses; Staff

(a) (1) Four members of the Authority are a quorum. (2) The Authority may not act on any matter unless at least four members in attendance concur. (b) The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) A member of the Authority is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (d) The Authority may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
