The Fund consists of: (1) premiums for guaranteeing loans under § 5-525(a) of this subtitle; (2) premiums for guaranteeing equity investments under § 5-525(b) of this subtitle; (3) repayments of principal of and interest on direct loans made under § 5-525(c) of this subtitle; (4) proceeds from the sale, disposition, lease, or rental of collateral for direct loans or loan guaranties made under § 5-525 of this subtitle; and (5) all other receipts of the Authority under this part.
