Section 10-210 - Powers and Duties -- Rules and Regulations

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Authority may adopt rules and regulations relating to: (1) the use of streets, alleys, driveways, and docking slips on the Authority’s property; (2) the establishment of parking areas on the Authority’s property; and (3) the safety and welfare of persons using the Authority’s property. (b) The rules and regulations that the Authority adopts may not be inconsistent with the laws governing the political subdivision in which a development is located.
