Section 10-412 - Participation by Colleges and Universities

Colleges and universities may: (1) contract with the Corporation or its subsidiaries; (2) assign to the Corporation or its subsidiaries intellectual property and other resources to assist in its development and activities; and (3) assign faculty and staff to the Corporation.
