// EFFECTIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2028 PER CHAPTER 322 OF 2022 // On or before October 1, 2027, the Corporation shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the effectiveness of the Program in encouraging the establishment and expansion of makerspaces throughout the State and recommendations concerning the improvement, extension, or termination of the Program.
