(a) Subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and the Legislative Policy Committee, the Authority may develop any portion of Camden Yards to generate incidental revenues for the benefit of the Authority. (b) The authority granted under subsection (a) of this section includes the power to develop, establish, acquire, own, lease, improve, operate as landlord, regulate, maintain, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any portion of Camden Yards. (c) Except for its condemnation power, the Authority may exercise all of its powers under this subtitle with respect to the development of portions of Camden Yards.
