Section 10-826 - Annual Report

(a) On or before December 1 of each year, the Center shall report to the Governor, the Administration, and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly. (b) The report shall include: (1) a complete operating and financial statement covering the Center’s operations; (2) a summary of the Center’s activities during the preceding fiscal year; and (3) a summary of the Center’s activities specific to clean energy innovation.
