Section 12-806 - Delegation of County Powers to Authority -- Eminent Domain

(a) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, the county is authorized, by law, to delegate to the Authority any or all of the powers granted to the county under § 12–803 of this subtitle. (b) The Authority may make recommendations to the county on issues related to the county’s power of eminent domain. (c) The county may not delegate the power of eminent domain to the Authority.
