Section 12-809 - Rules and Regulations Adopted by Authority -- Violations and Penalties

(a) The Authority may make rules and regulations for the operation and use of land, property, and undertakings under the Authority’s jurisdiction in the manner provided by local law. (b) Any violation of the rules and regulations duly adopted by the Authority is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 180 days or both.
