Section 13-1204 - Executive Director

(a) (1) The Board shall appoint an Executive Director. (2) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Board. (3) The Board shall determine the salary of the Executive Director. (b) (1) The Executive Director is the chief administrative officer of the Partnership. (2) The Executive Director shall manage the administrative affairs and technical activities of the Partnership in accordance with the policies and procedures that the Board establishes.
