Section 13-1212 - Reports

The Partnership shall submit to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly: (1) on or before December 1, 2014, an update on the activities of the Partnership in implementing the provisions of this subtitle; and (2) on or before December 1, 2015, and each year thereafter, a complete operating and financial statement covering the Partnership’s operations and a summary of the Partnership’s activities during the preceding fiscal year.
