(a) The county board shall meet at least once each month. (b) (1) Each meeting of the county board shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Title 3 of the General Provisions Article. (2) The county board may avail itself of any exclusion authorized under the Maryland Open Meetings Act.
