§ 4-109-1

(a) This section applies only in Howard County. (b) During a school redistricting process, if the redistricting plan proposed by the county board differs from the redistricting plan proposed by the county superintendent, the county board shall allow one or more members of a household whose school assignment is changed only in the county board’s plan to provide public testimony before the final vote on either plan.
