Section 4-310 - Procurement of Goods and Services

(a) Notwithstanding any provision of local law, the board shall adopt rules and regulations governing the procurement of goods and services by the Baltimore City Public School System in accordance with § 5–112 of this article. (b) The board shall adopt the Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise goals of Baltimore City relating to procurement.
