Maryland Legal Code
(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2029, the State shall distribute to each county board the following Blueprint Transition Grant amounts: (1) Allegany County $10,348 (2) Baltimore City $18,669,201 (3) Baltimore County $2,953,950 (4) Caroline County $966,820 (5) Cecil County $49,060 (6) Dorchester County $1,321,515 (7) Garrett County $1,201,160 (8) Howard County $41,743 (9) Kent County $1,005,090 (10) Montgomery County $7,712,745 (11) Prince George’s County $20,505,652; and (12) St. Mary’s County $3,251,181. (b) For fiscal years 2025 through 2030, the State shall distribute the following proportion of the Blueprint Transition Grant amount under subsection (a) of this section to each county board: (1) For fiscal year 2025, 85%; (2) For fiscal year 2026, 65%; (3) For fiscal year 2027, 50%; (4) For fiscal year 2028, 35%; (5) For fiscal year 2029, 20%; and (6) For fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter, 0%.
