(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means the Accountability and Implementation Board. (c) (1) 'Blueprint for Maryland’s Future' means the plan recommended by the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education and enacted by Chapter 361 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2018, Chapter 771 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2019, and Chapter 36 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2021. (2) 'Blueprint for Maryland’s Future' includes, unless the context provides otherwise, the recommendations made by the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education. (d) 'Commission' means the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education. (e) 'Comprehensive Implementation Plan' means the plan adopted by the Board under § 5–404 of this subtitle. (f) 'Nominating Committee' means the Accountability and Implementation Board Nominating Committee.
