Section 7-1704 - Appropriations

(a) For fiscal year 2018, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $2,500,000 to the Program. (b) (1) For fiscal year 2019 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $3,000,000 to the Program. (2) A grantee that remains eligible for the Program shall receive a grant in the next fiscal year in an amount equal to the grant amount in the current fiscal year.
