Section 8-304 - Maryland School for the Blind -- Standards for Admission and Dismissal

(a) The Maryland School for the Blind shall adopt written standards for the admission and dismissal of students. (b) The standards and any amendments shall be submitted to the State Board for approval under § 2–206 of this article. (c) The State Board may require modifications to the standards as it considers necessary.
