(a) (1) Each county board shall develop and publish on its website a list of all special education service delivery models in the local school system. (2) The county board shall clearly state that all decisions regarding the placement of a child with a disability in a special education service delivery model under paragraph (1) of this subsection will be made by an individualized education program team in consultation with the parents or guardians of the child and consistent with the least restrictive environment requirements of the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. (b) On request, the county board shall provide a written copy of the information provided under subsection (a) of this section.
