(a) The Department shall prepare and, as needed, update an informational pamphlet for parents of children in family child care. (b) The pamphlet shall contain: (1) An outline of family child care regulations; (2) A description of parental rights and responsibilities; (3) A description of complaint procedures; and (4) The address and telephone number of the local department. (c) The Department shall make the pamphlet available to child care providers for distribution to parents.
