§ 9-5-903

(a) There is a Child Care Incentive Grant Program. (b) The Office may award funding to a child care provider through the program for the purpose of improving the child care provider’s quality of care through the purchase of Office–approved: (1) Materials; (2) Equipment; or (3) Supplies. (c) For each of fiscal years 2022 through 2030, funding for the program shall increase by 10% over the prior fiscal year.
