(a) If the Department and the Maryland Department of Labor agree that the Program is not effective, the Department and Maryland Department of Labor shall send written notice to the pilots that the Program has been discontinued. (b) The Department and the Maryland Department of Labor shall jointly adopt regulations to implement the Program.
