Section 13-504 - Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems -- Administrative Agency

(a) In accordance with this subtitle, the Institute shall be the State administrative agency responsible for the coordination of all emergency medical services. (b) The Institute includes the Emergency Medical Services Field Operations. (c) The Institute shall have the staff and funds as provided in the State budget.
