(a) (1) A majority of the full authorized membership of the EMS Board is a quorum for the transaction of any business. (2) The EMS Board may adopt any rules or procedures necessary to ensure the orderly conduct of business. (b) No formal action may be taken by the EMS Board without the approval of a majority of the full authorized membership of the EMS Board. (c) The EMS Board shall meet at least six times a year, at the times and places that it determines. (d) Each member of the EMS Board is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations as provided in the State budget.
