Section 13-507 - Ems Board -- Transaction of Business

(a) (1) A majority of the full authorized membership of the EMS Board is a quorum for the transaction of any business. (2) The EMS Board may adopt any rules or procedures necessary to ensure the orderly conduct of business. (b) No formal action may be taken by the EMS Board without the approval of a majority of the full authorized membership of the EMS Board.
