Section 15-113 - Development and Adoption of Guidelines and Policies

(a) The Commission, in consultation with the public institutions of higher education in the State, shall develop and adopt guidelines on awarding academic credit for a student’s military training, coursework, and education. (b) In accordance with the guidelines developed by the Commission under subsection (a) of this section, the governing body of each public institution of higher education in the State shall develop and implement policies governing the awarding of academic credit for a student’s military training, coursework, and education.
