Section 15-126 - Higher Education Institution Acceptance of Individual Achieving College and Career Readiness

(a) This section applies if, after empirical review, the State Board determines that the college and career readiness assessment required under § 7–205.1 of this article aligns with global standards. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, each community college and other open–enrollment public institution of higher education shall accept for enrollment in credit–bearing courses any individual who has achieved college and career readiness according to the standard adopted by the State Board under § 7–205.1 of this article.
