Section 18-1203 - Eligibility

(a) The Office may not require any competitive examination in determining student eligibility. (b) Each applicant for a private career school student grant shall: (1) Be accepted for admission at an approved private career school; (2) Be enrolled in a full-time program as determined by the Maryland Higher Education Commission; (3) Be a resident of this State; and (4) Demonstrate to the Office financial need.
